We collect, transport, then dispose of tenant’s waste secured in tied trash bags, from their doorstep to the onsite compactor or dumpsters. Hazardous Waste is not accepted with the following Exceptions: E-Waste, Batteries, Small Appliances, and Cooking Oil are acceptable.

Bulk Furniture & Appliance Waste Disposal Service
We collect, transport, and responsibly dispose or recycle bulk furniture & appliances that pose as hazards in compactors or are impractical for onsite disposal.
$20 – $250 Dependent on Quantity & Size of Waste
Eviction & Post-Vacancy Waste Disposal Service
We collect waste within units post-eviction or post-vacancy, secured in tied trash bags that are then transported and disposed of. Hazardous waste will be appropriately handled and properly disposed of.
$20 – $100 Dependent on Quantity & Size of Waste
The scope of our General Valet Waste Services doesn’t accept hazardous items with exceptions being: Small Appliances, E-Waste, Batteries, and Cooking Oil. Thus, providing further Prevention of Battery Explosions in on-site compactors and potential Drainage System Damage, Corrosion, Overflows, and Backups due to Cooking Oil.
